Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Times

Total time = processing time (1–2 days) + shipping time (7–12 days).

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, carrier disruptions, weather, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. Any promotional free-shipping offers will be applied automatically.

Order Tracking

A tracking number is provided with every order. Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update. If your tracking hasn't updated after 5 business days, contact us at [your email].

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local customs office. We are not able to predict or cover these fees.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, contact us at [your email] and we'll investigate with the carrier. Orders confirmed as lost in transit will be replaced or refunded.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
